Why real properties
Spatial reconstruction is easy to demonstrate in controlled conditions. Real homes are different: mixed lighting, reflective glass, tight hallways, furniture, and footage recorded on a schedule.
Real-world captures are how we learn what works and what doesn’t, so that what we build holds up for the properties you actually list.
Who we're working with
You walk through homes every week. A single steady walkthrough of a listing, with the seller's permission, gives us exactly the kind of real-world capture we need.
Brokerages see the full range of properties in a market. Working together at the office level helps us test across property types, sizes, and conditions.
You already capture properties professionally. Your eye for light, coverage, and movement makes for strong walkthroughs and useful feedback on capture guidelines.
New construction and model homes are often marketed before most buyers can visit. Spatial context matters most when the property is far away or still coming together.
